Carol Adcock

Interior Designer

Originally from WV, Carol earned her Interior Design degree from West Virginia University in 1988 and moved to NC shortly thereafter. Carol started her interior design career in furniture sales with Ethan Allen and later locally owned Jones Brothers Furniture. After several years in retail sales, Carol stepped in to help out with her family business, Adcock’s Nursery - a local landscape plant nursery.

Once the nursery sales department was sustainable and her children were school aged, Carol returned to design in both realms: interior and landscape design. Carol worked as an independent designer for over 10 years working on projects for residential and light commercial clients. After years of product sourcing through Design Works Studio, Carol joined our team in 2021 and we are thrilled to have her on board!

Collaborating with clients to create personalized and functional spaces, solving design challenges, staying current on design trends, and having clients relay how much they enjoy their homes are just a few aspects of design that Carol enjoys most. Though she loves all things furnishings, colorful and dramatic, Carol designs to each individual client’s needs and preferences to create their dream living space.

Carol resides in Fuquay Varina with her husband and their 2 golden retrievers while their children are students at NC State University studying Horticulture.
